Museum Mesdag houses a collection of 19th century painting by French and Dutch masters located in the authentically restored house built by the Hague painting couple Hendrik Willem Mesdag (1831-1915) and Sientje van Houten (1834-1909) for their private collection. The lovely garden is also worth a visit. |
