Before April 1 each year, the Residents Association has to submit an annual report of the previous calendar year to the municipal council in order to be eligible for a council grant.

The report contains a description of the structure and working procedures of the association as well as the most important activities of the year in question and the results booked. Any advice given to the council is also noted.
