In this little oasis tucked away behind Frederikstraat in Willemspark, as well as the swings, seesaw and climbing frames usually to be found in playgrounds there is also a separate basketball court for older children.

Cantaloup wins Lenteprijs Our initiative to organize a year of theatre at the Cantaloup Club House has won us a subsidy from The Hague Municipal Council. We are using the funds for all sorts of activities and courses focusing on theatre and drama especially for our members and other people in the neighbourhood. The Cantaloup summer party Saturday 27 August Dear members of Clubhouse Cantaloup! Please join us in the playground for a unique community event that is not to be missed: the Cantaloup summer party on Saturday 27th August. The party kicks off with a special cookery class for kids and a hockey clinic, followed by BBQ, bingo and kids camping for the brave at heart. We’re
looking for musical talent The course for 5 – 11 year-olds begins on 30 January and is part of the year of theatre at the Cantaloup Club House. This musical adventure consists of six rehearsal sessions and three set design lessons, culminating in a real live performance for mums, dads, grandparents, brothers and sisters and all your friends. The first step on the road to everlasting fame!

By becoming a member of the Cantaloup Club Housefoundation for €50 per year you and your whole family will be supporting both the playpark and the club house. You and your family will also be entitled to make use of the club house during certain parts of the day free of charge. Contact alexandra@almarketing.nl The membership fee of €50 is due on 1 April each year and should be transferred to ING account number 8160392 in the name of "Clubhuis Cantaloup, Den Haag" stating that you are a "member" accompanied by your full name and e-mail address (this will only be used to send you the Newsletter and will not be passed on to any other organization). There is a special membership fee of €25 per year for Donors and the over- 65s and those with an Ooievaarspas. Contributions are also gratefully received. Notify changes in address by mailing clubhuis.cantaloup@gmail.com or pop a note in the letter box in the entranceway to Cantaloupenburg 26a.
